I have stayed within my calorie range, but the past three days I've shown a gain everyday...how discouraging!!!

Just venting....I'll stick with this scientific method for another couple weeks - but this is certainly making me want to try another crazy hair brained scheme...why???  Because I want results.  

When I look back at my before and after pics from Feb and January - I got those results using the Wedding DAy Diet.  Did it suck?  Yes.  Did I get results?  Yes.

OHHH    Give me the willpower to keep up with this!!!

I have an idea. Stick the scale in the trunk of your car for a week. Depend solely on the scientific method. Remind yourself that as long as you are OP, you are a succeeding.

Keep up the good work. If you are lifting you might be adding muscle. If you aren't lifting you should be. Muscle burns fat.

I stopped getting on mine, although I can't stop at the gym....it moves up and down like that for me too. Normal fluctuations, I can very up 4 lbs some days!! The only one that really counts is Mondays...once a week!
Hang in there, u look fine and only going to get better!
